We are back from our July vacation and have resumed normal business hours.

Now that summer is upon us be sure to choose a safe sunscreen if you are out for long periods. There is an article with a list of some of the better choices under the articles page.

Also be sure to hit the local farmers markets and farm stands to get local fresh grown vegetables they are better for you and for the environment!
